The performance of elliptical finned tube radiator is closely related to its precise production process. From raw material selection to finished product molding, each process is carefully polished to ensure that the equipment has efficient heat dissipation and reliable quality.
At the beginning of production, high-quality tube and fin materials are the basis.
Tubes are usually made of metals with good thermal conductivity, such as steel pipes, aluminum pipes, etc., and their wall thickness and diameter must strictly meet the standards to ensure pressure bearing capacity and heat conduction efficiency; fin materials are mostly made of aluminum or copper to ensure good ductility and heat dissipation.
After the materials enter the site, they must undergo strict quality inspections, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing, etc., to control the quality of the equipment from the source.
Then enter the key elliptical stringing link. The fins are stamped and formed by professional molds, and their shape and size accuracy are extremely high to ensure close fit with the pipe. The formed fins will be accurately put on the pipe according to the designed spacing.
In order to ensure close contact between the fins and the pipe and reduce thermal resistance, expansion, mechanical compression or welding are often used.
The expansion process applies pressure to the inside of the pipe to expand its diameter so that it fits tightly with the fins; mechanical compression uses mechanical external force to firmly fix the fins on the pipe; the welding process will weld at the contact point between the fins and the pipe to form a strong connection, greatly improving the heat conduction efficiency.
After the elliptical string is completed, the elliptical fin tube radiator needs to be processed and treated as a whole.
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the elliptical fin tube radiator, it will be surface treated, such as galvanizing, spraying anti-corrosion coating, etc. Galvanizing can form a dense zinc layer on the surface of the elliptical finned tube radiator, isolating air and moisture and preventing metal oxidation; spraying anti-corrosion coating can select coatings with different characteristics according to the use environment requirements to further improve the protection performance.
Finally, the elliptical finned tube radiator must undergo strict quality inspection.
The pressure test verifies its sealing and pressure bearing capacity to ensure that it does not leak under high temperature and high pressure environment; the thermal performance test simulates the actual use scenario to detect whether its heat dissipation efficiency meets the standard. Only equipment that passes all the tests can be used.
