1. There should be no pits, dents, folds, folds, grooves and other defects with a depth of more than 0.3mm on the surface of the base pipe. If there are defects exceeding the standard, grinding is allowed, and the thickness of the pipe wall after grinding shall not be less than the specified thickness of the small pipe wall.
2. The straightness of the base pipe of the petroleum cracking studded finned tube shall not be greater than 2.5mm within any 3m, and the straightness of the total length shall not be greater than 6mm.
3. The base pipe should be a whole seamless steel pipe without splicing. If splicing is required, the buyer’s written consent should be obtained, and the welding form, location and inspection requirements should be confirmed by the buyer. The welding of steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of SH 3085 or SH/T 3417.

1. The shape and size of hot-rolled steel bars of various materials shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 702; the shape and size of cold-drawn steel rods shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 905.
2. The nail head of the petroleum cracking studded finned tube should be cold drawn from a steel rod 2mm larger than the design diameter.
