Project Description
The hot dip galvanized finned tube is on a seamless steel pipe, and through a special winding machine, the steel strip is tightly and evenly wound on the outer surface of the base tube by mechanical force, and the two ends are spot welded to fix; then the steel is wound around the sheet. The whole finned tube is hot-dip galvanized.
The hot dip galvanized fin tube with its favorable flow characteristics, which has been proving its marketability for decades and will continue to play an outstanding role on the heat exchanger market in the future.
Galvanised Steel
Carbon steel galvanised, 0.8mm thick (1.2mm for Rectangular Finned Tube Supports), BS EN 10142 1991 FEP02G.

Wherever heat transfer is needed in industrial production processes, the Finned tubes with Galvanized fins welded fins has demonstrated its high efficiency in areas of application that include the following:
• Refineries
• Petrochemical industry
• Steel mills and the rest of the steel industry
• Natural-gas facilities
• Power plants
• Paper industry
• Textile industry
and others
A fin tube is a tube that has small fins around the outside surface. These fins act as a filter and a mechanism to transfer heat from the material inside the tube to the outside space or vice versa. Fin tubes are used in applications that require a transfer of heat from a hot fluid to a colder fluid through the tube’s wall.
