What is Studded Fin Tube Welding Machine?
Studded Fin Tube Welding Machine also called pin finned tube welding machine,This pin finned tube welding machine employs Siemens SINUMERIK802 control system for easy and simple operation. The pin finned tube welding device is generally used to weld the steel pin to the base pipe for boilers. High automatic. the welding equipment is capable of completing pin feeding (2 heads), welding, indexing, base tube feeding, etc. The pin pitch and angle can be adjusted, freely.

The Pin Finned Tube Welding Machine automatically performs automatic pin feeding (four heads), automatic welding, indexing, and stepping (adjustable distance and angle).
The Pin Finned Tube Welding Machine is an automated welding production line consisting of a welding machine (four heads, 75K), front and rear feeding lines, a feeding trolley, front and rear tube clamping devices, a welding control system, a cooling system, and a pneumatic system.
The Studded Fin Tube Welding Machine is suitable for low-alloy heat-resistant steel (CrMo).
The Studded Fin Tube Welding Machine uses a SINUMERIK CNC system with international standard G-code programming for ease of use.
Basic Working Principle of the Studded Fin Tube Welding Machine:
The operator places the tube into the clamping device, clamps both ends, and activates the welding button, which automatically feeds the material and welds. Upon completion, the carriage automatically indexes and moves linearly according to control commands. Simultaneously, the automatic nail feeder delivers the nail to the electrode position, starting the next cycle. However, if a material jam or overcurrent occurs, the machine will generate an audible and visual alarm, indicating that the process is complete.
