Longitudinal finned tube
Applications:
Aftercoolers, air coolers, air heaters, charge air chillers, condensers, convection heaters, electric heaters, evaporators, fluid coolers, gas coolers, heat pipes, hydrogen coolers, industrial tumble dryers, intercoolers, immersion heaters, oil coolers, radiators, refrigeration, solvent recovery and steam to air heat exchangers。
The welding process of the longitudinal finned tube radiator is reliable and the heating is excellent, which cannot be achieved by ordinary radiators.
Longitudinal finned tube heat exchangers are widely used in starch, dairy, food, feed, leather, textile printing and dyeing and other processing industries for drying.
Longitudinal finned tubes use high-frequency power supply as heat source, and the steel strip and steel tube are not too large at the same time, generally more than 1mm is suitable for pipe layout. In the process of heat exchange, when the air flows through the finned tube heat exchanger, the two sides of the fins are mainly involved in heat exchange. There is only a small amount in the middle of the two finned tubes, and the heat exchange effect is not obvious.
Longitudinal finned tube radiator is a type of finned tube radiator. It is a radiator equipment made by cutting and welding steel pipes, which successfully replaces the general traditional radiator. Longitudinal finned tube radiator is suitable for heating in chemical workshops, industrial plants, greenhouses and other fields, with excellent heating effect.
The heat dissipation efficiency of the longitudinal finned tube radiator will be affected by many factors, among which the spacing, resistance and pressure drop of the finned tube radiator are all factors that affect the heat dissipation coefficient of the finned tube radiator. The greater the spacing of the finned tube radiators, the more gradual the drag and pressure drop.
The longitudinal finned tube radiator has a large heat exchange area, which can heat the room with an area of 20,000 square meters, improve the indoor temperature and improve the indoor comfort.
