Low-fin (integral) tube is an extruded tube composed of short and low fins, and a high-efficiency heat-exchange tube type in which threaded fins are formed on the outer surface of the heat-exchange tube by rolling. The tube and fin are in the same piece of tube, also known as “N” fin type.
Because Low Finned Tube is an integral tube, there is only one material for the tube and fins
We offer you a wide range of materials and can expand our offering at any time to meet your specific needs in terms of thermal conductivity, mechanical properties or corrosion resistance.
Low fin tubes are mainly used in condensers and evaporators in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, absorption refrigerators, oil coolers and other various heat exchangers; used in condensers and heat exchangers in thermal power plants and nuclear power plants. Evaporators, condensers and evaporators in marine exchangers; air coolers, diesel coolers, secondary coolers and various heat exchangers in waste heat recovery systems used in gas turbine units and the petroleum industry, used in the chemical industry of dryers and heaters.
Low-fin tubes are formed by rolling continuous spiral fins onto plain tubes. Compared with light pipes, it has a larger surface area and higher heat transfer performance, so it is widely used in various heat exchange and conduction situations.
