The metal fin tube machine is a third-generation improved product with compact structure, stable performance and convenient operation. It is suitable for rolling single and double metal fin tubes of various specifications such as steel, steel-aluminum, pure aluminum, copper-aluminum and copper.
The tool holder body and tool holder adopt advanced double circular key structure, which can withstand large torque, accurate and reliable displacement and strong rigidity.
The tool shaft bearing uses double-row cylindrical rolling bearing, which can withstand large radial force, long service life and convenient maintenance and replacement.
The universal joint and the shaft are splined, and the cooling box is separated from the rolling mill.
The blade technical data is strict, and the fin rolling is efficient and durable.
Note: Different fin thickness and fin pitch will use different blade/cutter. Will provide technical support when produce fin tubes .
