1.Spiral high-frequency welded fin tubes

2.Studded Tubes

Nailhead tubes are also called nail-finned tubes. In the petrochemical industry, nailhead tubes are widely used. Especially in the convection chamber of a tube furnace, in order to improve the heat transfer effect outside the tube, the heat transfer element usually adopts nailhead tubes.

Long service life, the fin tube combination has high mechanical strength, the tensile strength exceeds 200MPa, and the tube is hot-dip galvanized inside and outside.
4.H-type fin tube and double H-type fin tube
1. The fin is divided into two symmetrical halves.
The tube wall is pressed down from both sides and welded on the tube wall by resistance welding, leaving a certain gap in the middle;
2. Two round tubes can share a set of fins, called double-tube H-type fins, or a single-tube H-type fin can be placed in the middle;
3. The H-type fin tube heat exchanger is closely arranged, and the tube bundles are arranged in sequence;
4. The fins are parallel and independent to each other, not affected by the helix angle, and easy to clean.
