1. Working principle of Air Fin Cooler
The core principle of air cooler is heat exchange: using the temperature difference between ambient air and high-temperature fluid, heat is transferred to the air through forced convection, thereby reducing the temperature of the fluid. The high-temperature fluid flows in the internal channel of the plate and conducts heat to the outside through the plate wall.
2. Structural composition of Air Fin Cooler
The basic forms of Air Fin Cooler fin tubes are: sleeve type, winding type, rolled plate type, welded plate type, elliptical tube type, inlaid plate type, turbulent type, spoke type, slotted form and corrugated form. The pipe box structure of the air cooler mainly includes flange type, pipe plug type and manifold type. Generally, flange type is used for medium and low pressure, while pipe plug type and manifold type are used for high pressure.
3. Function of Air Fin Cooler
The function of Air Fin Cooler is mainly to realize the cooling between fluid media. The narrow and long channel formed by corrugated plates increases the heat exchange area between fluid and air, and quickly reduces the fluid temperature through forced convection.
