The abbreviation of air cooler is a heat exchange equipment that is most used for condensation and cooling in petrochemical and oil and gas processing production. Air coolers are generally composed of main parts such as tube bundles, tube boxes, fans, shutters and frames.
Air coolers use ambient air as the cooling medium, sweeping across the outside of the finned tubes to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid in the tubes. They are referred to as “air coolers” and also called “air-cooled heat exchangers”.
Air coolers are also called finned fans, which are often used to replace the cooling medium of water-cooled shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
With the increasing use of induction heating equipment, due to different user conditions, some users do not pay enough attention to the water cooling system of the equipment, and many users do not use distilled water as required, but use ordinary well water or tap water. In actual work, the water quality has a great impact on the water cooling system and components of the equipment.
